Fees and Cancellation Policy
Individual Therapy Sessions
Standard Consultation (50 minutes): $230
Concession rates are available for those who are eligible.
After hours sessions (5pm onwards) are an additional $30.
Medicare Rebates
With a current Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP), you can claim a Medicare rebate of $101.55 per session, for up to 10 sessions per calendar year. Your GP can arrange this for you. After the rebate, the out-of-pocket cost is $128.45 per session ($158.45 for after-hours sessions).
Private Health Insurance
You may be eligible for rebates if your private health insurance covers psychology sessions.
Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for cancellations. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your session (including weekends) will incur a fee of 50% of the session cost.
Cancellations on the day of your session, or non-attendance, will be charged the full session fee.
Please note that cancellation fees are not eligible for Medicare rebates.
